Dropped my vehicle off at 0730 - WITHOUT HAVING AN APPOINTMENT - and was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Within 30 minutes of returning home (had to leave vehicle for diagnostic purposes), I received a call informing me of the problem. I was expecting to have to leave the vehicle for several days because I didn't have an appointment. However, the part was in stock AND the vehicle was repaired by noon. My family is Chevrolet and Cadiallac loyalists - we won't go anywhere else to purchase or to have service performed. Just like Mr. Corlew's motto states - "If you think anyone is more important than the customer, think again." Mr. Corlew is a "moving manager" - meaning, he knows what is happening in all areas of his dealership.
