Was definitely pleased with the staff, as they are very kind, professional, and helpful. My only concern I want to voice is the battery terminal still had corrosion on it. After getting a $2700+ service done which included 2 new batteries, I’d think that should be part of it. The task was not fully completed. Thats the only hick up I saw. Otherwise I would have selected a 10 above.

In general, very disappointed with the Chevy Brand. We have always been FORD customers and back in 2019 we decided to move to the Chevy Brand with my wife's upgrade. We choose the Traverse because it is a very nice-looking car, however, not very reliable. Since we got it, we have had several issues such as engine light, AC odor, sunroof sliding curtain. Most recently a very expensive maintenance plan, over 1,000 usd cost. When we decided to buy the lease agreement, it was recommended additional packages such as VSC Protection Plan, Appearance guard and Tire/Wheel Protection. We have not used any of that, but instead a very expensive predictive maintenance plan. Very bad experience with this car.

Had an appointment at service center said they would call had car for 2 days no call I called them said they couldn’t get parts because of the strike came in to pick up car said they would call me when parts came in. If I didn’t call them they would still have the car thanks

My wife called to tell the dealership that we already had a diagnosis on the car and that we needed the purge valve replaced. I showed up for an appointment I had at 8:15 and waited to get in until 8:50. They said she didn’t say what was wrong just that we needed a diagnosis which was false. We looked up how much a purge valve replacement is on a 15 Chevy Traverse and they mostly say it’s around $249 parts and labor. When James Corley gave me the quote, they were asking $771….. I still had to pay $173 for a diagnostic which I found out the exact same answer from a FREE diagnostic at Auto Zone. I would definitely appreciate a refund but I don’t think anything like that would ever happen at this dealership. I’ll most likely never come back.
