Dropped off my truck for oil change, tire rotation and fix a back window that sometimes did not open and close. They did all of this. Replaced a switch in front to open and close the back window. I did let them keep it all day, so everything worked out perfect. I even looked at the trucks on the lot, but I must admit I have a 2012 Rocky Ridge addition and I did not find any on the lot that compared. Maybe next year.
I had made a 9:30 am appointment to have my drivers side headlight fixed on my Silverado. After arriving and checking in I waited in the waiting room. At about 11:15 I still was waiting and decided that I would go and look at the dealerships used car lot to see what was there. Much to my surprise, as I was looking, I saw my truck parked outside. So I immediately went back to the service check in to see if I misssed that my vehicle was ready. When I inquired with the service representative, he said he would check the status of my vehicle. After approximately 10 minutes the representative returned and said that my vehicle had not been serviced yet because of the 9 am camaro appointment that was on the machine and apologized. By this time it was 11:45 (2hrs +)and it was the first I had heard an update on my vehicle. Now I could have checked it earlier and I do understand that things can happen, but as a business owner myself it was surprising to see the lapse in quality assurance and quality control from a shop that I have used often before with very few issues. I don’t write this to complain, I just hope it’s a lesson learned. After speaking to the representative they quickly serviced my truck and resolved the headlight and gave me discount for the issue. Thank you and I will continue to use the services provided by this dealership despite this issue.
I made an appointment for 1000 am on Nov 19. After I dropped my car off I was told I would receive a phone call soon after the start of my appointment. I did not receive a phone call all day and I called at 330 PM. I was then told that my service associate was on vacation and noone knew what was happening with my vehicle. After another hour and a half I finally received a phone call telling me about my vehicle. It should not have taken six and a half hours to look at my Chevy Cruze. Due to the result of this I needed to leave my vehicle there for over 24 hours because they couldn't deal with my vehicle the day it was suppose to be worked on. I was given a lender vehicle because of this but I had to drive back to the dealership late at night to get it. If my vehicle was worked on on time I should of been able to have my vehicle back that same day.
