Second time at this particular dealership(only due to the fact they are the only one in the area), same quality of service. Greetings of service reps are very subpar, questions I had were answered in a manner as if I was being simply brushed off and the reps were having a bad day(mind you my appointment was only at 7:45). Waiting too long for a simple oil change and rotation(which I firmly believe they did not even perform the rotation. Total disregard for care of customer���s vehicle. When I stepped in my vehicle, items that were located on a regular basis on my arm rest of the center console, were literally on the floor by the gas pedals. Wipers were left on and the actual sticker in the upper right , notifying me of next service mileage and date was not completely filled out. Not to mention, filled out where I could barely read it. My service rep was Colin and his skills are lacking seriously. The payment window also was very unpleasant. If I was not employed where I am, I would def. Make the drive to another Chevy dealership as this is my first Chevy vehicle and if this is how customer service is, I WILL NEVER purchase any Chevy vehicle again.
Bradley Stuard was an excellent salesman and provided plenty of information and help for me to succeed in purchasing a new 2021 Chevrolet Spark. He was extremely patient and met my every need, fantastic worker and top notch man. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to buy more cars.
The only problem I had is that the documentation that I received from inprocessing my truck didn't list all the symptoms I mentioned. If there were to be a problem in the future, I wanted documentation stating that I already had that same issue
