Everything was great. Caleb was great, he made the process easy and I didn't have to find a ride he picked me up. Lauren followed up like she said she would. Everyone doesn't do that. It was a very easy, stress free experience.
Explained to Tech what noise my car was making, and when, going up around curves on back roads. I received a call stating the car had idled for 2 hours and they couldn’t hear the noise. I explained that it was not going to happen when idling. Later received call that they found the problem, a piece of wood stuck underneath. Seemed odd but ok. I drive for a living so doing without my vehicle for that entire day was a one shot chance for me to get it fixed. I picked it up at 5:15 and drove away. Within 5 minutes the vehicle was making the same rattling noise as before. I was so frustrated. That piece of wood has nothing to do with it.

I was lied to about why the mechanic couldn’t rotate my tires…..said my lug nuts were corroded and swollen so he didn’t want to take my the chance of it breaking….took my car elsewhere to check my lug nuts and they were perfectly fine ….nothing wrong with them
