I came in for a front end alignment. I also asked if the tech could look at the wiring for my driver side headlight as it kept going out on me. They were happy to take a look at it and figured out the problem. I was pleased to have it fixed but wasn’t pleased to pay the price of $215. It seemed a little expensive for such a small problem, especially since the part was in stock
Came in the service dept. to have the thermostat replaced and told the service person that if you found anything else to let me know. When I was looking over the bill it stated that you had to replace some to the coolant and that there was a leak on the intake valve. Adding the coolant was fine but it did not state if the leak was fixed and no one said anything about it before paying for the service. Would have been nice to have been told what you found.
I felt as if everything went really great in the beginning. But once we hit the finance office we felt EXTREMELY rushed. Although, we have been there about 6 hours and nearing the end it was nice to be done, but we were extremely confused. We ending up misunderstanding the add ones and having to go back and redo them and our Finace person made us feel a little comfortable. We had thought we understood him but somewhere along the lines we got mixed up. They told us he wanted to go home and it was going to be a quick in and out process, but we made a huge purchase and I feel like maybe that should have been the part to slow down a bit. I still have a few questions but I feel like I can’t call and ask with out being a bother. Other than that it was a good experience.
