Your service department was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the issue we thought was fixed is happening again and it is a new car so that is a little concerning. I have another appointment with service to get it looked at again.
This was my first visit to this dealership with my new C7 Corvette. I know not all dealerships service Corvettes on a regular basis, but I was concerned with the young man at the service department ask why I was changing the oil in my corvette it had only 500+ miles on it. My answer was because the owner’s manual said to change the oil the 1st time at 500 miles. I got the Deer in the headlight look. I came here because I have a friend that has a C7 and he had been bringing his car here with no issues.
To whom it may concern, I came in to have some recall repairs done. While the recall repairs were completed, several of the functions of my vehicle fail to work. I don't know if the repairs call for the disabling of certain functions, if so, that should have been explained when my vehicle was returned. Thanks, Concerned customer
James Fucci was a consummate professional. Did not pressure me to buy, even after I said I wanted to purchase today. Knowledge of the various models of Silverados were by far the best I have encountered. There was not a question that I asked that he didn't have the correct answer for. He made sure that I was completely satisfied with the chose of Silverado that I wanted. By far, the best client advisor that I have encountered or dealt with in my years. even sent me a text after I got home to make sure there wasn't any additional information I might need after taking possession of my Silverado. The entire process was smooth and only took about 2 hours from start to finish. The hand off of my new Silverado and walk through of all the features and accessories was top notch. Jarren Miller handled my finance and paperwork and was also a consummate professional. He made sure I understood everything and broke down all the options for the extended warranties available. Jamie Lemmons from the parts department came up and asked if there were any parts or accessories that I might be interested in. His knowledge base as well was far superior to those I have encountered in the past. This is the 2nd new vehicle that I have purchased from James Corlew Chevrolet and both times have been the best of expierences. I will not even think about looking for a vehicle elsewhere and will purchase any vehicles in the future from this great establishment. Great Job
Had a 9 am appointment that lasted until 1230, had breaks checked at 9 and was notified at 11 there was no break problem but a different issue. Spent another hour and a half before my car was ready. Other than that everything was great.
