From the time I drove up until I paid my bill, everyone was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend James Corlew for service. I am GM loyal so my next vehicles will come from your dealership.
I dreaded car shopping because the last time (in 2009) at another dealership was incredibly painful. Darrell made it so comfortable and easy for us at James Corlew. We saw him early that morning and test drove a Traverse (which wasnt actually on my list. We just thought we would try it). I was almost sold right there, however I wanted to look at the other vehicles I had narrowed my search to because their warranties are better than Chevys. We told him I wanted to test drive two others and he didnt try to get pushy about getting me to commit to the Traverse. He gave me a business card and we went on our way. After test driving them, I decided on the Traverse and came back to talk to Darrell. Everything else was a piece of cake. Great buying experience for sure!
brought my truck in to be diagnosed was told it was the catalytic converter and mass airflow sensor I replaced them myself due to the cost there being too high 1600 for the catalytic converter got it on line for 200 still not running correctly I would be even more mad if I would have paid over 1600 and it not be the problem
Dealer was open on time. Greeted warmly. They are good at handling the foibles of Corvette owners. They didn't affix an oil change sticker to the inside of the windshield. The service writer said Corvette owners don't like stickers. Shoot, I don't mind. The waiting area was very nice. The cashier even told me where to go to pick up my car!
Salesperson assumed I was in complete understanding of the trim package on the vehicle I purchased. I discovered after leaving the dealership that the vehicle was not capable of XM Radio. This likely would not have been a deal-breaker, however transferring current XM Radio subscription was discussed during the sales process; learning after the sale that the vehicle was not capable was disappointing to say the least.
