Quann Webb was such a wonderful sales associate that I would highly recommend him to anyone and everyone and will every opportunity I can get. His courteous and upbeat personality was just what the Doctor ordered and restored my faith in the vehicle purchasing process. Chris Moline in Finance was such a pleasure to work through the contract process, it is the first time ever I smiled while going through the process of signing! I didnt get to meet the sales manager or other members of the sales staff but i loved the way they worked with Quann. Thank you so much for Everything you did for myself and my husband we loved the way we were treated so much, my husband bought a 2019 Silverado tonight!!! Thank you Quann Webb!!!!!
If able, you can go back and see that I have never left anything but 5 star reviews in the surveys and on social media. I was a little disappointed in this experience. When I made the appointment, I also wanted to have my car detailed so it would be cleaned for me to go out of town. I set the appointment on the phone and said I wanted it detailed (even going as far as confirming that I wanted the $150 detail). When I dropped my car off yesterday, I noticed as the gentleman was checking me in that the price was $39 (and change) for wash. I asked about that and after talking with someone on the phone, was told that it had been entered incorrectly and I could not get a full detail, the full detail was done in a different department. I was disappointed but understood that mistakes happen. I was told I could bring it on Friday for the full detail if I wanted to. I explained I couldn't and after being told that they could wash, vacuum and do the tires, I said that would be fine and I would call later to get the full detail. When I came to pick up my car that afternoon, I was informed that my car had not been washed because it wasn't on the form. The lady ( very nice and apologetic) called the gentleman that checked me in that morning and he said, no it wasn't done because no one had time to do it. My car was there from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm. I'm not sure what went wrong yesterday because that is not the type of service I am accustomed to at James Corlew. I have bought 2 vehicles, had service done numerous times, had body work done and had details....it is always top notch. I will continue to come to you guys and will continue to recommend you guys but yesterday, y'all let me down.
