Morgan was amazing. Problem was sales managers. Didn't communicate with one another. Kept having to add steps that could've been avoided had I been relayed all steps from start to finish. Told me I was approved for a Malibu with 0 money down so based on criteria I gave Jacob I assumed it was a LT model and cone to find out it was a LS.
I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Process took about 2 hours which i felt was a little long. Cashier did not know anything about service reward points so nothing from this visit was applied to my account.
Not sure how two weeks after an oil change I have all that went wrong happen? But glad I had the bumper to jumper warranty I paid for and had the money for the deductible it’s crazy never had this much trouble out my ford I had for 10 yrs . And I haven’t even had the car a year 😬
I am in there so much frequent preventive maintenance because I run an Emergency Road Service company thereby I put 60,000 + miles a year on my truck they all treat me like family which is really great.
