C8 towed in due to flat tire. Corlew ordered a new tire on Tuesday it was in on Wednesday & we were able to come to pick the car up Wednesday after 1:30 p.m.

The price keeps going up for the oil change. I was not told that it went up again since I came in March. $78 For an oil change is Ridiculous. I can’t afford that so I won’t be coming back. I had to purchase a new remote for my vehicle. It cost me $234 than I was told to bring it back to be programmed for $130. It is amazing how y’all try rip people off. I went on YouTube and it took me one minute to do it myself. You was going to charge me $130 for something I could do myself that’s sad. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come there to get ripped off.

We called and ordered a tow hitch for my traverse. The guy said it was backordered but if they didn’t get it in, they would call me. We received an appointment reminder the day prior (assumed the tow hitch was there). Showed up for the appointment, they still never said the tow hitch wasn’t there. Came out about 20 min after I checked in to tell me the tow hitch wasn’t there and they had no timeline for when it would be there.. I explained that we needed the tow hitch by next Tuesday when I originally set up the appointment.. just bad business to not follow up to make sure people don’t waste their time coming in for a service that you can’t perform.

Had an appointment for an oil change…took over 3hrs!! Purchased a maintenance plan to which the service dept couldn’t find! Was just a bad day! Wondering if I could be refunded my prepaid maintenance plan??

I requested to have a full diagnostic for my vehicle and the needed technician was not present that day. The person who did check to see if I needed new suspension (as requested) said I did not when I know for a fact I do. Have been told so by another dealership.
