I purchased my 2008 Silverado from James Corlew dealership and a month later had to put over 3k worth of maintenance into it done at the James Corlew after I was told the vehicle was all good to go during my buying experience just wish i was told the problems upfront
Very courteous, the staff checked in with updates on your vehicle as you waited in a very nice lounge area. Totally satisfied with this dealerships ability to satisfy any services my vehicle might need.
I bought the vehicle here, new. I have taken it here for every scheduled maintenance as well as a recall. The vehicles reduced engine power light came on while I was on vacation 500 miles from home. Each time I filled up with gas while on our trip, the car wouldnt start immediately.I brought the vehicle in on Monday and was told they couldnt look at it for 2 days. I was told it was ok to drive for the next 2 days, however,I used a family members vehicle for the next 2 days to get to and from work. The vehicle has only 19,600 miles on it and the work that was done cost over 500 dollars out of pocket. Of course none of it was covered by warranty. I have very little confidence in the life of this vehicle. I will certainly make different choices in the make, model and dealership in the future!
