I took my car in to get a new tire, after waiting over two hrs in the waiting room the guy came out and told me they ordered the wrong size tire, I returned my car the next day to wait another 1 1/2 for me to discover myself that the tire did not match the tires I had on my car totally different name brand, I complained about my experience to the GM and he told me he would talk with the guy that installed the tire as well as the service representative that ordered my tire and he would get back with me....im still waiting on his call a day later
Was able to drop my car off, walked to Silkie's down the street and was barely able to get to the antique shop next door to it when I was called and notified that my car was ready! They checked my car out to make sure that the work I had done on it from the previous accident was repaired properly and said I'm good to go! So glad for this dealership and so thankful for their service!
I went to get front plate holder put on which they did a great job on. This is the first out of 3 new cars that I had to order one for & pay for both the plate & service. They had to locate a vehicles for me from another dealership so it did not come with one. I also ordered rain guards but I had to set up a separate appointment for that. Well I went back &got them put on & couldn���t roll down my windows for 3 or 4 days. I waited 4 days then rolled them down. Back windows closed well but the 2 front windows couldn���t close all the way. Now I have another appointment for tomorrow so I���ll to wait 3 or 4 more. days again. I hope that they will then work well. I also hope that I do not have to pay for service again on the same thing that I���ve already had to pay for. I do love my car. It just seems like I���ve had to spends lot of time there. Also, I love Alan Linboom ( sales person). He���s always nice, courteous & polite.
