Overall I was mostly satisfied. Would have given the dealership a 10/10 however at the time of picking up my new car, I was told it was lacking a few items such as the part for the heated seats and part for the park assist. Told it would arrive a few “quarters” later, possibly October even. It was quite the surprise and I would have appreciated knowing that during the negotiation phase. I understand this may be common knowledge to the employees and dealership due to microchip issues or delays in shipping but I assure you it’s not common knowledge to the lay person purchasing the vehicle. Full disclosure is always appreciated and we should expect nothing less from the company we are buying a product from.
My car broke down as I was out of town 7.5 hours away from my home. Tim Willoughby answered the phone and within seconds gave a tow truck # to get me to the dealership. Arriving at the dealer he immediately took care of me and had my car being work on in no time. He saved the day and I was able to return home safely! Awesome customer service! Thanks again!
